How do I contact customer service?

Shoot an email to bunsquad@plannerbunnypress.com and we'll get back to you within 1 business day! If you're reaching out about an order, please be sure to include the order number and any other pertinent information.

What is your cancellation and return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of my products, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Returns are only accepted in the case of faulty or damaged products.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all countries, subject to any postal limitations by the sending or receiving country. All international orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.

The shipping cost calculated by Shopify at checkout is often higher than the actual price paid when the label is created. If this is the case, you will be refunded and notified about any shipping price difference.

Notice to international customers: VAT fees are not included in the order total. Any VAT/local tax due at time of delivery is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Planner Bunny Press does not fabricate customs forms or falsify order values with the intention of avoiding VAT charges. Please be aware of your local tax rates before completing your purchase.

Do you combine orders?

Definitely! I typically catch these on my own while packing orders, but feel free to shoot me an email with the order numbers you'd like combined. Combined shipping will be calculated and refunded.

Do you accept custom orders?

The short answer? Probably. Emails are always welcome!

Common custom orders include a sheet with just one character, color changes for functional sheets, and brief text customizations.

Please do not request any custom changes to orders without previous approval.
