All shipping fees in the shop are charged by weight and reflect the actual cost to ship the package. For some international customers, I'm able to get an even better rate on postage than what is reflected at checkout, and that difference is always refunded to you at the time the shipping label is created.

If your package has been floating in the sea of 'in transit' despair, file a missing mail claim on the usps website. 9 times of 10, this is exactly the kick the package needs to magically start moving again. The time that has passed before you're able to file a missing mail claim varies depending on origin and destination, so be sure to check the usps website for more details.
